Attendance expectations for an active member of the Rotary Club of Nashua West are as follows:

1. Attendance or make up sessions will need to equal or exceed at least 50% of our Rotary meetings by our fiscal year end on June 30th. Rotarians falling below 50% throughout the year will be contacted by someone from the Attendance Committee, the Membership Committee, or the Club President.

2. We encourage members to meet in person every Tuesday at 12:15pm.
at our designated meeting site for lunch. This keeps our Rotarians in touch with
current happenings at the club and encourages fellowship. A Zoom link to this meeting is usually sent via email on Monday for those unable to attend in person.

3. Make-up meetings are encouraged when members are unable to attend Tuesday lunch meetings in-person or via Zoom. There are 12 Rotary meeting sites within 15 miles of Nashua. Below is a link for our District Website where you will find a list of these local Rotary Clubs, including a map. Current club presidents, meeting locations, and times of these meetings are listed there.

Note: This is located on the left side of the District website under Connection Center.

4. On-line make ups are also allowed. There is a link on the front page of our website beneath our list of club “Officers and Directors” which will connect you with a list of over 100 interesting topics. The link is labeled Online Make-ups.

These make-ups are vetted by Rotary International covering relevant topics all within a two-year time frame.

Note: Please list Carol Powis (carol.powis@comcast.net) as the contact person for our club.

This will allow us to track your attendance.

5. Rotarians will receive credit for attending Board Meetings, volunteer opportunities, and committee meetings. Committee Chairpersons will submit a list of attendees to the club secretary to be posted for credit.

It is always good practice to keep a personal list of your attendance in case there are any discrepancies.
