Career and Technical Education (CTE) is a smart choice for a student who knows what they want to do and wants to get a head start on their career, or wants to explore their career interests now, and not wait to do it in college.

Career and Technical Education is available in 30 high school Centers across the state. Each high school in New Hampshire has an agreement with a Center to accept its students.

Creator, Nourishable www.nourishable.tv

My name is Dr. Lara Hyde and I’m the creator and host of Nourishable. I moved from Canada to the US to do my PhD in nutritional biochemistry. I like to dance, cook and share my passion for nutrition. Through Nourishable, I’ll science the facts behind the fads so you can make informed choices for a healthy, evidence-based lifestyle. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty running experiments or foraging in the forest.
